Reservations: Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. No dates or times are confirmed without first receiving a $75 depoist and a signed confirmation agreement. Cancellations must be done three days prior to the event to receive a refund of your deposit.
Private Dining: There is no room fee. However, private dining requires an attendance of a minimum of 20 guests and a minimum food and/or alcohol tab of $150 for lunch and $200 for dinner.
Buffets: Buffets are available for parties of 35 guests or more. Prices are based on a one-time pass through the serving line per guest. Children will eat at half of the price quoted per person.
Guest Count: The number of guests must be determined 3 days prior to the event. the customer is responsible for payment of the final guest count, regardless of actual attendance. Any additional guests will be added to the final bill.
Pricing: Price quotes are guarnteed for 90 days, and are subject to change based on head count. Due to changes in food cost and head count, pricing may fluctuate after the guaranteed 90 day period.
Event Scheduling: Guests will be expected to depart at the times stated on the party confirmation. Negotiations to extend times will result in additional charges.
Payment: Mesa Rosa accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Cash. Sorry, no personal checks.
